FAQ:
A: Yes, you can create as many rooms as needed.
They will be associated with your scheduled appointments.
A: When creating the meeting token via the API or the SDK you will provide an
identifying hash for the user and may pass in a name. We do not store the
name so you will need to associate the participant ID to the encounter
when reconciling statistics.
A: There can be 1+ participant in a room with any variation of participant
type. We do not cap the number of participants. Each participant should
have their own meeting token.
A: Upon creation, you will set a time that does not allow people in before the
timestamp. To give more flexibility, we suggest setting that “not before”
time to be a few minutes ahead.
A: Each room should have a designated expiration time. Once expired, a
room can not be used and will be deleted.
